Where We're Going

Contact Us

no matter where you go there you are...

We sailed for a few hours out of Palm Beach but the wind lightened up and we began to motor.  As usual the steering stiffened up and we decided to check into Pier 66 Marina in Ft Lauderdale to get more professional help.  The marina folks parked us at the back in a very tight slip - but no problems - just a little scrape on the rub rail when the dock boy let the line go slack.
We contacted MPI and the next day they sent a guy that was about 25.  Nice guy but no real help on the diagnostics, so we decided to replace the hydraulic hose.  Bob, in Marathon, thought they might be collapsing when heat got in there.
Ft Lauderdale is a great sailing place - tons of Megayachts and Mesoyachts.  The people were all quite nice.
Karen rode her bike out to the mall and - Hooray! - found her "mother of the groom" dress - Yippee!
