| After a while on hook, we decided to book a slip at Moss Marine in Ft Myers Beach - just in time for Spring Break. We're not sure that was a good idea!. While we were there we refilled the diesel and water tanks and restocked on the fresh provisions. We found a great little farmer's shack that had supper fruits and veggies. As we were enjoying the sunset, a creaky old sailboat ghosted along side, skippered by a grizzled old salt. We said g'day and he replied, "Is this Brazil?". We laughed and Karen said, "Yep, you're home!". He tied up at the public dock next door and offloaded. Later that evening we went over to the Mantanzas Inn for a cocktail. There was a band there taking a break. When they came back, there was the same guy playing guitar and singing. He had his barefoot on a turned-over bucket that read "Buffet" with an international NO sign. Those guys could play! We had too much fun, crawling home after midnight.
