| Through Boca Grande and to the north lies Gasparilla Island. A delightful place that did not have car access until a few years ago. It's isolation made for a very quaint and insular place that's great to visit. There really is only one main street with restaurants, bars, and shops. With the advent of the bridge the place has become quite the tourist stop. In your dinghy you can cruise the "back streets" of Gasparilla nosing into the manatee zone in people's backyards. Check it out if you can.
